At Vanity Shades Pakistan, we want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a hassle-free return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition.

  • All original packaging (case, cleaning cloth, and box) is included.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product shows no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or Clearance.

  • Items that have been customized (e.g., prescription lenses).

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Exchange Process

Want a different style or color?

  1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp at +92 3486090900 with your Order ID and the item you’d like to exchange.

  2. Pickup/Self-Ship: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back to our warehouse.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your new choice.

  4. Difference in Price: Any price difference will be settled via Bank Transfer or COD.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a broken or defective piece, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Out of Stock: If an item you ordered is unavailable.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are typically processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3-5 working days after the returned item reaches us.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged by us.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault on our end (wrong item or damage), Vanity Shades Pakistan will cover all shipping costs.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for personal preference (style/fit), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
